GrowthTitan ("GrowthTitan," "we," "us," or "our") operates the growth platform for home services businesses, accessible at growthtitan.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and website.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account and contact information (name, email, company, phone, role)
  • Billing information processed through our payment processor
  • Communications you send us
  • Content you upload, including connected ServiceTitan data and ad platform connections

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Information from integrated platforms

When you connect GrowthTitan to ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local Services Ads, or lead aggregator platforms (Angi, Modernize, Inquirly, eLocal, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, etc.), we access and process data from those platforms solely to provide Titan's services. We do not sell or share this data.

Every one of those connections is authorized by you, through that platform's own OAuth or credential flow, and can be revoked by you at any time. We access only the accounts and sub-accounts you select during setup.

CRM and contact data we process on your behalf

Where those connections contain records about your customers and prospects — contact details, lead and job records, and email or SMS conversation activity — GrowthTitan handles that data as a processor, on your behalf and under your instructions. You remain responsible for that data as its controller. We use it only to deliver the Platform to you: managing and deduplicating leads, keeping your connected systems in agreement with one another (for example, syncing contacts into GoHighLevel for nurture and mirroring the resulting conversation activity back into your ServiceTitan record), and producing your reporting.

We do not use one client's customer data to market to those customers on our own behalf or on behalf of any other client. If one of your customers contacts us directly about their data, we will refer the request to you as the responsible party and help you respond.

How we use information

  • Deliver, operate, and maintain the GrowthTitan platform
  • Generate performance insights, dashboards, and AI agent recommendations
  • Communicate with you about your account and service updates
  • Improve the platform and build new features
  • Comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who operate our infrastructure (cloud hosting, analytics, email, payment)
  • Integrated platforms you have explicitly authorized
  • Legal authorities when required by law
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct or update that information
  • Request deletion
  • Export your data

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the platform. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize data within 90 days except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or audit reasons.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure — please use strong, unique passwords and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Children

GrowthTitan is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
