Connect GoHighLevel to GrowthTitan
GrowthTitan is an AI-powered marketing and lead-management platform for home-services businesses. Connecting your GoHighLevel account lets GrowthTitan push the leads it manages into your GoHighLevel sub-account for email and SMS nurture, and mirror that conversation activity back into your ServiceTitan record so your team sees the whole story in one place.
You connect your own GoHighLevel account. GrowthTitan never asks for your GoHighLevel password — the connection is made through GoHighLevel's own OAuth screen, and you approve exactly what is shared.
Before you start
- An active GrowthTitan account you can log into.
- A GoHighLevel login with access to the sub-account (location) you want to connect.
- Permission in GoHighLevel to install apps and approve integrations for that sub-account.
Setup steps
- Log into GrowthTitan at growthtitan.ai.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Channel Connections.
- Click Connect GoHighLevel. You will be sent to GoHighLevel to sign in.
- Choose the GoHighLevel sub-account (location) you want GrowthTitan to work with.
- Review and approve the requested permissions.
- You are returned to GrowthTitan and the connection shows as connected. That is it — syncing begins from that point forward.
What syncs
GrowthTitan → GoHighLevel
- Contacts you authorize. Leads and customers managed in GrowthTitan are created or updated as contacts in the GoHighLevel sub-account you selected, so your existing email and SMS nurture workflows can pick them up.
GoHighLevel → GrowthTitan → ServiceTitan
- Conversation activity. Email and SMS activity recorded in GoHighLevel is mirrored back through GrowthTitan into the matching customer record in your ServiceTitan CRM, so your CSRs and dispatchers see the nurture history alongside the job history.
Scope is limited to the sub-account you selected during setup. GrowthTitan does not read or write other GoHighLevel sub-accounts, and it does not modify your GoHighLevel workflows, funnels, or calendars.
How to disconnect
You can end the connection at any time, either way:
- In GoHighLevel, go to Settings → Integrations and uninstall the GrowthTitan app from the sub-account. Access is revoked immediately and syncing stops.
- Or email support@growthtitan.ai and we will disconnect it for you and confirm when it is done.
Disconnecting stops all future syncing. Contacts already created in GoHighLevel remain in your GoHighLevel account — they are yours.
Data handling
