Data Deletion Instructions

GrowthTitan is a marketing analytics platform for home-services businesses. When you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account to GrowthTitan, our platform accesses your connected Pages, ad accounts, and lead-ad submissions in order to provide reporting and lead management on your behalf.

This page explains how to remove that connection and how to request deletion of any data GrowthTitan holds about you. These instructions are provided under the Meta Platform Terms, which require us to publish a Data Deletion Instructions URL.

There are two kinds of people whose data may be involved, and the steps differ slightly for each. Please follow the section that applies to you.

If you connected your Facebook account to GrowthTitan

This applies to business owners, marketers, and franchise operators who clicked "Connect Facebook" inside GrowthTitan to link a Page or ad account.

Step 1 — Disconnect the app inside GrowthTitan (revokes our access token).

1. Log in to GrowthTitan and go to Client Settings.
2. Find the Facebook Connection section.
3. Click Disconnect. This revokes GrowthTitan's access token with Meta and marks your stored credentials for deletion on our side.

Step 2 — Remove the app from your Facebook account (optional but recommended).

1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Apps and Websites. When signed in to Facebook, you can go directly to facebook.com/settings?tab=applications.
3. Find GrowthTitan in the list of connected apps.
4. Click Remove to revoke the app's access from Facebook's side.

Step 3 — Request full deletion of stored data (see "How to request full data deletion" below). Disconnecting stops future access; to have GrowthTitan erase the data already stored, send a deletion request using the contact method below.

If you are a lead or customer whose information was collected through a Facebook lead ad

This applies to people who submitted their contact details through a Facebook or Instagram lead-ad form run by a business that uses GrowthTitan. Your information (such as name, phone number, and email) may have been imported into our platform on that business's behalf.

Because that business is the owner of the data they collected from you, you can either:

• Contact the business you submitted your information to and ask them to delete your record, or
• Send a deletion request directly to GrowthTitan using the contact method below. We will identify and delete your information, and confirm once it is done.

How to request full data deletion from GrowthTitan

To protect your privacy, we may take reasonable steps to verify that the request is genuinely from you or your authorized representative before processing it.

What we delete and how long it takes

• Access tokens: Meta access tokens and connection credentials are deleted as soon as you click Disconnect, and in all cases within 30 days of a verified request.
• Stored data: Lead records, Page and ad-account data, and any associated profile information held by GrowthTitan are permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
• Confirmation: We will email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.

After deletion, the associated data is no longer retained, except where we are required to keep specific records to comply with a legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention obligation. Any such retained records are isolated and not used for any other purpose.
